Polymarket Bot Installation Guide
Complete step-by-step tutorial to download, install, and activate Polymarket Bot on your Windows PC. Get started in under 10 minutes.
Before You Begin

Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
4 GB minimum, 8 GB recommended
100 MB free disk space
Stable broadband connection
What You'll Need
- A valid email address for registration
- A Polymarket.com account (for connecting the bot)
- Administrator access on your Windows PC

Register for Your Free Trial
Create your account and receive your license key instantly.
- Visit polymarketbot.com/download
- Enter your email address in the registration form
- Click "Get Download Link" to submit
- You'll be redirected to your License Dashboard
- Important: Copy and save your license key immediately
Tip: Your license key format is BOT-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Save it somewhere safe - you'll need it for activation.
Download the Bot Package
Get the latest version of Polymarket Bot for Windows.
- On your License Dashboard, click the green "Download" button
- The ZIP file will download to your Downloads folder
- File name:
PolymarketBot-v2.4.1.zip - File size: Approximately 45 MB
Note: Some browsers may warn about downloading .exe files. This is normal for any software download - click "Keep" to proceed.
Extract the Files
Unzip the package to access the installer.
- Locate the downloaded ZIP file in your Downloads folder
- Right-click the ZIP file
- Select "Extract All..." from the context menu
- Choose a destination folder (e.g., Desktop or Documents)
- Click "Extract" and wait for completion
Important: Keep ALL extracted files in the same folder. Do not move individual files - the bot needs all components together to work correctly.
Run the Installer
Launch the setup wizard to install Polymarket Bot.
- Open the extracted folder
- Double-click
PolymarketBot-Setup.exe - If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" then "Run anyway"
- Follow the installation wizard prompts
- Choose your installation directory (default is recommended)
- Click "Install" and wait for completion
SmartScreen Warning: Windows may show a warning because the app is new. This is normal for independent software. The bot is safe to install.
Activate Your License
Enter your license key to start your 7-day free trial.
- Launch Polymarket Bot from your desktop or Start menu
- The License Activation window will appear on first launch
- Enter your registered email address
- Paste your license key (BOT-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
- Click "Activate License"
- Wait for verification (requires internet connection)
Success! Once activated, your 7-day free trial begins. You have full access to all features.
Connect Your Polymarket Account
Link to Polymarket to start analyzing markets and top performers.
- In the bot, go to Settings > Account Connection
- Click "Connect Polymarket Account"
- Generate a read-only API key from your Polymarket account
- Paste the API key into the bot
- Click "Verify Connection"
- Once connected, enable Pareto Analysis to start tracking top performers
Security Note: Use a READ-ONLY API key. The bot only needs to view market data - never use keys with trading permissions unless you enable performance tracking.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"License key invalid" error
- Make sure you copied the complete key including "BOT-" prefix
- Check for extra spaces at the beginning or end
- Ensure the email matches your registration email exactly
- Try copying the key again from your License Dashboard
Bot won't start or crashes immediately
- Run as Administrator: Right-click the exe > "Run as administrator"
- Temporarily disable antivirus software
- Install .NET Framework 4.8 or later from Microsoft
- Make sure all extracted files are in the same folder
Windows SmartScreen blocks the installer
- Click "More info" on the SmartScreen popup
- Click "Run anyway" to proceed
- This happens because the software is new and not yet widely recognized
Connection to Polymarket fails
- Check your internet connection
- Verify your API key is valid and not expired
- Ensure you're using the correct API key format
- Try regenerating a new API key from Polymarket
